Hug Buddy fits most mobile devices!

The phone holder will be able to hold smartphones with sizes between W: 2” x H 3.5” and W: 4” x H: 7”

If you’re not a fan of videos, here are the steps:

Assembly

Step 1 - Remove your new Hug Buddy from packaging. Make sure all three pieces of the clip mechanism are there! (stopper, retaining ring, and clip)

Step 2 - Place rubber stopper in the base of the Hug Buddy

Step 3 - Place retaining ring over the open shaft of the Buddy

Step 4 - Insert ball end of clip into the shaft, ensuring it is secure

Installation

Step 1 - Place the Hug Buddy into the desired vent location (choose his co-pilot official vent!)

Step 2 - Tighten the retaining ring once you’ve found the optimal viewing angle

Step 3 - Tighten retaining ring on clip to secure Hug Buddy to vent (we don’t want it flying around)

Use

Step 1 - Place your phone in the Hug Buddy

Step 2 - Gently adjust the bendable arms to secure your phone

Step 3 - Enjoy!

We are confident that you and your Hug Buddy will have great trips together! If for some reason you simply aren't happy with it, we offer a conditional return policy within 30 days of purchase. Simply email us at feedback@hugbuddy.com for either concern and we'll do our best to make it right. We assess returns and warranty claims on a case by case basis.

Once we have received your email, we will contact you within the first 2 business days to follow up with your return request.

Absolutely! However, international customers will be required to pay to ship to their location. Please contact Orders@hugbuddy.com for shipments outside of North America.

We try our best to get your new Buddy home as fast as possible! We ship orders within the first 2 business days.

Thinking of getting your Hug Buddy a friend or perhaps pick a different character? No problem! Please contact us at orders@hugbuddy.com to change your order. Usually, If we see a discrepancy in your address we will give you a call to confirm. Please keep in mind that orders are usually shipped out of our warehouses within 1-2 business days.

Been there! Not to worry, just email orders@hugbuddy.com and we’ll be happy to make the change.

Please email orders@hugbuddy.com to cancel your phone holder order. We will get back to you within one business day to confirm your order has been canceled.

Please keep in mind, orders usually get sent out of our warehouses within 1-2 business days. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Once your purchase has been processed, we will send you an email with your order details and the tracking number. If for some reason you didn’t get it, please email orders@hugbuddy.com and we will help out!

We accept VISA, AMEX, Mastercard or PayPal.

Refunds will only be issued once we have received the package at our warehouse. After that, please allow for 2-4 day business days for it to be processed.
